I have over 10 years of experience, where I taught classes for groups of over 100 students, classes for renowned brands such as Adidas. During my journey I have students who have lost more than 66 pounds, professional athletes and celebrities from the “fitness world”.
I have already been present at major running events, some in the elite obstacle race and even finishing 75 kilometers in the Maresias Bertioga ultra marathon.
The journey to become a specialist in training started when I was 6 years old, when I fell in love with sports and practiced artistic gymnastics at the athlete level for 9 years of my life.
At 18 years old, I earned a full scholarship to college through sports, after many years of hard work and studies I graduated as a Physical Education Teacher. I did a postgraduate degree in Personal Trainer at SENAC and also an Personal Trainer course at El CAMINO COLLEGE.
My mission started with private lessons as a Personal Trainer, children’s sports such as gymnastics, swimming, and introduction to sports with motor mobility at the Hebraica club in São Paulo. I carry great professional experiences with functional training at two leading gyms in the country: Bodytech and Mahamudra Brasil.
I believe strongly in the training method that develops the body and mind in an integrated way, and that’s what I impart in my training sessions. For me, being a trainer is about believing in a complete “internal and external” change through the practice of exercise. The benefits include improved self-esteem, motivation to work and live, the mind that trains its limits, and much more, in addition to a beautiful physique, health, and well-being that only training can bring.
